By creating an account or using the WO! application ("WO!", "we", "the app"), you accept these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use the application.

WO! provides personalized training and nutrition plans, generated using artificial intelligence, progress tracking, and features related to health and fitness.

The content provided by the application is informational in nature and does not replace medical, nutritional, or professional advice. Consult a health professional before starting any training or eating program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities carried out from it. You must provide truthful and up-to-date information when registering.

Some WO! features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (such as Stripe or the Apple and Google app stores). Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled by the user, in accordance with the terms presented at the time of purchase.

You agree not to use the application for illegal purposes, not to attempt unauthorized access to WO!'s systems, and not to share content that infringes the rights of third parties.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software of WO! are the property of WO! or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

WO! is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, WO! is not liable for damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application, including injuries resulting from physical exercise.

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Continued use of the application after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
